จากการอ้างอิงของสมาชิกภายในกลุ่ม Siamese Bitcoiners ได้มีการพบเห็นเนื้อเพลงของเพลง Never Gonna Give You Up ของ Rick Astley หรือที่ผู้คนทั่วไปมักเรียกสิ่งนี้ว่า Rick Roll มีมคลาสิคชื่อดังที่ทำให้คนทั่วโลกต้องปวดหัวอยู่บน Bitcoin Mempool
Bitcoin Mempool คือ ยอดธุรกรรมคงค้างทั้งหมดอยู่ในเครือข่ายที่รอคอนเฟิร์มยืนยันจากฝ่ายขุด (miner) ยิ่งขนาดธุรกรรมคงค้าง (mempool size) สูงมากเท่าใดก็ต้องใช้เวลายืนยันการทำธุรกรรมมากขึ้นเท่านั้น เนื่องจากจำเป็นต้องยืนยันบล็อกเพิ่มเติม
ทั้งนี้ค่าธรรมเนียมการทำธุรกรรมดังกล่าวนั้นสูงถึง 0.08 BTC หรือ 800,000 Sats ซึ่งมีมูลค่าประมาณ 1,806 ดอลลาร์ โดย Transection ดังกล่าวถกทำไว้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 5 พฤศจิกายน 2013 หรือประมาณ 9 ปีที่แล้ว ซึ่งมี OP_RETURN แบบ Rick Roll โดยมีข้อความดังต่อไปนี้
